Mason - Construction Worker


As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures and surfaces using bricks, stones, concrete blocks, and other materials. Your role is critical in ensuring the safety and stability of buildings, roads, and other structures. You will work with a team to interpret blueprints, measure and cut materials, mix mortar or concrete, and lay bricks or stones in an organized and efficient manner. You must have physical strength, good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others. This is a physically demanding job that may require working in various weather conditions. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Salary: 1200$ per month

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints to determine layout requirements
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Mix mortar or concrete to desired consistency
- Lay bricks or stones according to plan in an organized manner
- Use tools such as trowels, levels, hammers, etc. effectively
- Ensure structures are level and plumb using spirit levels or plumb bobs
- Repair any damaged structures or surfaces as needed
