Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Muscat. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents. Your main duties will include maintaining office supplies, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. This position is suitable for students as it offers a flexible schedule. With a salary of 1600$, this role also includes visa sponsorship for non-Omani nationals. Accommodation is not provided.
