Job Title: Office Assistant - Muscat (Contract)
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Muscat. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing documents.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in Oman or the GCC region. Visa sponsorship is available for all nationalities, but accommodation will not be provided.
