Contract Surveyor - Salalah, Oman (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Surveyor to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Contract Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing reports for various construction projects in the city. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying methods and equipment
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in Oman
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land, buildings, and other structures using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Prepare accurate measurements, maps, and reports based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of survey data for construction projects
- Advise on potential issues or improvements based on survey findings
- Keep up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to land surveys in Oman
- Ensure that all work is performed according to safety standards

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Work Environment:
You will be working mostly outdoors on construction sites, but may also spend time in an office setting to prepare reports. The work can be physically demanding at times.
