Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef at our five-star hotel in Medina, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen and culinary team. Your main duties will include creating menus, overseeing food preparation and presentation, managing inventory and budgets, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. Strong leadership skills, creativity, and an eye for detail are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect the hotel's overall concept and meet guests' expectations
- Oversee all food preparation and ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor food costs and budget to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other departments such as banquet operations to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new menu items regularly
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1600/month

This is a full-time position with free visa sponsorship and air ticket provided. We require candidates who can join us immediately as this is an urgent opening. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates already living in Medina or those willing to relocate at their own expense.
