Experienced Handyman for Property Maintenance



We are a property management company based in Al-Khor seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Respond promptly to repair requests from tenants and address any issues in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on properties
- Ensure all safety standards are followed while completing tasks
- Coordinate with contractors when necessary for larger repairs or projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with tenants and contractors professionally
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if needed
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200/month with potential for growth based on performance.
