Barista Assistant


We are a popular coffee shop located in the bustling city of Al Buraymi, seeking a dedicated and hardworking Barista Assistant to join our team. As a Barista Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced baristas to provide high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of the café and work areas, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately
- Ensure all orders are prepared to customer specifications and delivered in a timely manner
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques to enhance customer experience
- Follow all food safety standards and health regulations

Requirements:
- No previous experience is required as we will provide on-the-job training
- Must have basic knowledge of coffee making equipment and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
