Machine Operator

Our manufacturing company in Lusail is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of production machinery. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role and possess strong mechanical and technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to specific instructions
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary paperwork

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certificate preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in operating various types of production machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and fix machinery issues
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

Salary:
1100$ per month

Lusail, Qatar
