Indian Executive Chef in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and menu development for our restaurant. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month and includes a free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring quality standards are met
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with management to create new dishes or revamp existing ones
- Monitor food costs and work to reduce waste while maintaining quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Creativity in menu development and presentation
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Executive Chef
- Previous experience working in Kuwait or the Middle East is preferred
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is required
