Executive Chef - Pakistani/Malayalee Cuisine

As an Executive Chef specializing in Pakistani and Malayalee cuisine, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus that showcase the unique flavors and techniques of these cuisines. Your expertise in creating traditional dishes and incorporating modern twists will attract customers and elevate our restaurant's reputation. You will also be responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and managing inventory and cost control. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a similar setting, with a strong knowledge of Pakistani and Malayalee cuisine. Fluency in Urdu or Malayalam is preferred but not required. This position does not include accommodation, so applicants must have a biometric passport to be considered for employment in Al Ahmadi. Salary is $1500 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
