Phlebotomist


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our medical team in Al-Khor. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood samples from patients for medical testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and prepare patients for blood collection procedures
- Identify and label blood samples accurately
- Use different techniques to draw blood, such as venipuncture, fingerstick, or heelstick
- Monitor patient's vital signs during the procedure
- Keep accurate records of patient information and test results
- Follow strict safety protocols to prevent contamination or infection
- Properly dispose of used needles and other medical waste
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Phlebotomist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of venipuncture techniques
- Understanding of health and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent (Certificate in Phlebotomy preferred)
- Fluency in Malayalam is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time job with working hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation, so candidates must already have their own housing arrangements in Al-Khor.
