- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and hygiene
- Collaborate with management to create new dishes or menus, considering seasonal availability of ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an Indian chef in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, herbs, cooking techniques, and regional variations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to lead and train kitchen staff effectively
- Must be physically fit as the job may require standing for long periods of time
