Caregiver for Elderly in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are a home care agency seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide support and assistance to elderly clients in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of empathy and patience, as well as excellent communication skills. Previous experience is not required, but candidates must be willing to learn and adapt to the needs of each individual client. This position offers a salary of 900$ per month with accommodation provided. A biometric passport is required for this role.

As a caregiver in Al-Khor, you will play an essential role in improving the quality of life for our elderly clients. Your duties will include providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with mobility and transportation. You will also be responsible for monitoring clients' health and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical professionals.

In addition to physical care, caregivers also provide emotional support and companionship to their clients. This may include engaging in activities together such as reading or playing games, or simply spending time talking and listening. It is important for caregivers to build trusting relationships with their clients and their families.

This position requires individuals who are able to work well independently but also function effectively within a team environment. Candidates should have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on each client's needs. As many of our clients are Malayalees from India, proficiency in Malayalam would be an asset but is not required.

We are looking for individuals who are fluent in English and can communicate effectively with both clients and their families. Good listening skills are essential for understanding the needs of our elderly clients who may have difficulty communicating due to age-related conditions.

Our agency provides comprehensive training for all caregivers, including first aid and CPR certification. We also offer ongoing support and resources to ensure that our caregivers are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide the best possible care for our clients.
