Gardener - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

A reputable landscaping company in Al Ahmadi is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about plants and have a strong knowledge of gardening techniques and practices.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans
- Monitor plant health and identify any pest or disease problems
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Keep garden areas clean and tidy by removing debris and litter
- Assist in the design and installation of new gardens or landscapes
- Communicate with clients to understand their gardening preferences and provide recommendations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different plant types, watering schedules, and pest control methods
- Strong physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
