Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team members
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
