We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our traditional bakery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our bakery specializes in traditional Middle Eastern breads, pastries, and desserts, and we are looking for a talented baker who shares our passion for quality and authenticity.

As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of baked goods using traditional recipes and techniques. This includes mixing and kneading dough, shaping and molding breads and pastries, monitoring baking times and temperatures, and ensuring that all products meet our high standards of taste and appearance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working as a baker in a professional setting. You must also have experience working with Middle Eastern recipes and ingredients. A biometric passport is required for this position as it involves working with food products from different countries.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month. This position is suitable for men who are passionate about baking and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. As our bakery operates 24/7, candidates must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to traditional recipes
- Shape dough into various forms such as loaves, rolls, or croissants
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality
- Decorate pastries with toppings or fillings as required
- Maintain clean work area at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a baker in a professional setting
- Experience working with Middle Eastern recipes and ingredients
- Biometric passport is required for this position
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English
