Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Medina. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our retail store. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products or answering questions
- Provide knowledgeable and helpful advice to customers regarding products, promotions, and services
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education level
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

City: This position is located in Medina.

Nationality/Location Preference: We welcome candidates of all nationalities who are currently residing in Medina or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Language Requirements: Fluent English speaking skills are required for this position.

Employment Type: This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
