Information Security Analyst


Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Security Analyst to join our growing team in Umm-Salal. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access
- Investigate security incidents and provide timely resolution or escalation as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience in information security or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly preferred

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate potential security threats and take necessary measures
