Administrative Coordinator - Khasab, Oman
We are currently hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve coordinating and implementing office procedures and managing the administrative team.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
