Job Title: Part-Time Administrator in Khasab



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Khasab. As an administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, with approximately 20 hours per week. Working hours can be flexible depending on your availability.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this part-time role.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for our Part-Time Administrator, if needed.

We are happy to provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who require it.

Nationality:
This position is open to individuals of all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in Khasab.
