Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, design, and construction of various building projects in Al-Khor. Your main duties will include developing project budgets and schedules, coordinating with architects and engineers, obtaining necessary permits, hiring contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for managing project costs and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in construction management or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should also have strong leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and ensure timely completion of projects. Excellent communication skills are also essential to effectively coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the project.

This is a contract position that may require long working hours and weekend work to meet project deadlines. However, it offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. Indian or Egyptian nationals with experience in construction management are encouraged to apply for this position.
