Junior Executive Chef
Location: Khasab, Oman
A luxury hotel in Khasab is seeking a talented and passionate Junior Executive Chef to join our team. As the Junior Executive Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen, ensuring high quality and consistency in all dishes. You will also be responsible for providing guidance to the kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Executive Chef
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
