Loader Operator

A loader operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery, such as loaders, to load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles. They must have a strong understanding of how to operate the machinery safely and efficiently, as well as the ability to perform routine maintenance and inspections on the equipment. This position requires physical strength and stamina, as well as attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while operating machinery
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow instructions for loading and unloading materials according to job specifications
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery preferred but not required
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to spot potential safety hazards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a drug test
