Registered Nurse - Bayan, Kuwait



Our medical facility in Bayan, Kuwait is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our diverse patient population. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing and monitoring patients' health conditions and administering medications as prescribed by the doctor
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans for each patient
- Educating patients and their families on their medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
- Administering treatments such as IV therapy, wound care, and medication injections
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and updating medical charts as necessary
- Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
- Monitoring vital signs, reporting any changes or abnormalities to the doctor
- Adhering to infection control policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
- Valid nursing license in Kuwait or eligible for licensure in Kuwait (Indian nationality preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
