Job Title: Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist
City: Al-Malikiyah, Syria



We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems
- Perform minor carpentry work such as fixing doors, windows, and furniture
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their maintenance needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication abilities in Arabic (English is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training is preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience in construction or building maintenance is an advantage
