Assistant Baker


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Assistant Baker to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Assistant Baker, you will work alongside our experienced bakers to prepare and bake delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This position is perfect for someone who has a passion for baking and is looking for an entry-level role in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare doughs and batters for baking
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing machines
- Roll out dough and shape it into various forms
- Decorate baked goods with icing, glazes, or other toppings
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards
- Clean work area and equipment after each shift

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred but not required
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Valid work visa with no restrictions on working hours

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must have their own accommodations in Ar-Ruwais.
