Hotel Manager in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and customer service skills. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality and standards of our hotel. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Requirements:
- Must be Indian with knowledge of Hindi or English language
- Previous experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Must have own visa or be able to obtain one
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to live on-site in provided accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage services
- Recruit, train, and manage staff members
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Create budgets for each department within the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to promote the hotel's services
- Handle any complaints or emergencies that may arise
