Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including managing staff schedules and ensuring efficient use of resources
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor financial performance and work towards achieving revenue targets
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones
- Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, expenses, and other key performance indicators
- Manage budgets and control costs to ensure profitability

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems (e.g. Opera)
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management principles
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
