Sales Manager
A reputable company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, accommodation provided, and free visa and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve company goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Set targets for the sales team and monitor their performance
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve their skills and performance
- Prepare regular sales reports for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
