Job Title: Part-Time Construction Manager - Muscat, Oman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager for a part-time position in Muscat, Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to managing contractors and ensuring timely completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team
- Source and manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee project progress to ensure timelines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and resolve any issues or delays
- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities
- Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to budget constraints

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams of various sizes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Omani construction regulations is preferred but not required

Salary: 1300$ per month (part-time)

Location: Muscat, Oman
