Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Muscat. This includes coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, strong project management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Muscat
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with various stakeholders including contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, etc.
- Knowledge of construction equipment, materials, methods, processes, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents
