Job Title: Surveyor - Land Surveying Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Land Surveying Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other important information for construction, engineering, or mapping projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and produce accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Research previous survey records and property deeds to establish property boundaries
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Adhere to safety guidelines while conducting surveys in potentially hazardous environments
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in land surveying projects
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate results under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software is preferred
