Crane Operator

A reputable construction company in Al-Khor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to lift and move materials on construction sites. You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in operating cranes and hold a valid crane operator's license. This position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including tower cranes, crawler cranes, and mobile cranes
- Inspect equipment before use and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with ground crew and other operators
- Lift and move materials according to project plans and specifications
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and inspections
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a crane operator in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator's license/certification
- Ability to understand project plans, specifications, and safety protocols
- Physically fit with strong hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends or night shifts if necessary
