Experienced Barista

We are a well-established café in Nizwa, seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies
- Ensure consistent quality in every beverage by following proper recipes and techniques
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Inform customers about our different coffee options and make recommendations based on their preferences

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume setting
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art skills is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Biometric passport or valid work permit
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
