Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Khasab. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve meals and beverages according to standard procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and ensure tables are properly set up for the next guests
- Handle billing transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented with a friendly attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
