Mason Supervisor

We are currently hiring a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Lusail. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of masons and overseeing the construction of various structures. This is a contract job that does not require English proficiency or prior experience. Our ideal candidate is an Egyptian national with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of masonry techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of masons
- Monitor and oversee the construction of structures
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times
- Train and mentor new masons
- Review blueprints and plans to ensure accuracy
- Order necessary materials and equipment for projects
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other team members

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as a Mason or Mason Supervisor
- Strong leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency not required)
- Must be able to work in Lusail without accommodation provided

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
