Indian Executive Chef in Dubai


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, creating and developing new menu items, and managing the kitchen staff. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Indian cuisine and be able to lead a team to deliver high-quality dishes that meet our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Create new menu items that showcase the flavors of Indian cuisine
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and high-quality dishes
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead, train, and manage a diverse team of kitchen staff
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Dubai. Candidates who are currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate will be given priority.

Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant or hotel
- Must have experience creating new menu items and managing kitchen operations
