As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control and financial management on construction projects in the city of Muscat. Your main duties will include conducting site surveys, preparing cost estimates, and monitoring project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to gather information on materials, labor, and other costs
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
- Monitor project budgets and ensure that costs are kept within budget
- Analyze and negotiate with suppliers and contractors to obtain the best prices for materials and services
- Liaise with project managers to identify potential cost savings or risks
- Prepare financial reports for clients and stakeholders
- Review and approve contractor payments based on work completed
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and contract terms

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs in Muscat
- Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD or Revit for cost estimation
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

This is a contract job based in Muscat.
