Merchandiser for Indian market in Bayan, Kuwait
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our products in the Indian market. You will work closely with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies and ensure that our products are displayed attractively and appropriately in retail stores. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a keen understanding of the Indian market trends and consumer behavior. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans for the Indian market that align with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with sales team to identify key product placement opportunities in retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment as needed
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, pricing, and promotional displays
- Build strong relationships with store managers to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in the Indian market
- Strong knowledge of merchandising techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through effective merchandising strategies
