Merchandiser for Retail Store in Bayan, Egypt


We are a reputable retail store located in Bayan, Egypt seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies and techniques to maximize sales and profits.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buying teams to analyze sales performance and customer demand
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Plan product displays and layouts according to seasonal promotions and new arrivals
- Ensure stock levels are maintained by monitoring inventory levels
- Create visually appealing displays that attract customers' attention
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and manage stock orders
- Train sales staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Monitor sales data and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on competitor's activities and pricing strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and product placement techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
