Chef de Cuisine


We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at our renowned restaurant in the beautiful city of Bayan, Kuwait. As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes that meet the standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Create new and innovative menu items while also maintaining popular dishes
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring they are following proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies
- Collaborate with restaurant management to create budgets and control costs
- Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality standards and are presented beautifully
- Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to menu items or operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating delicious meals using fresh ingredients
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Creativity to develop new menu items while also managing costs
- Knowledge of Malayalee cuisine is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with benefits such as medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within our company.
