Mason Supervisor

We are in need of a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing masonry projects and leading a team of masons. This position is suitable for men of any nationality who are proficient in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage masonry projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to high quality standards
- Lead and supervise a team of masons, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with contractors and other trades to ensure smooth project execution
- Estimate material and labor costs for projects
- Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety protocols
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure work meets specifications

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of masonry materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as needed
