Temporary Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team in Muharraq. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the restaurant industry and strong leadership skills. As a Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff to ensure quality service and adherence to policies
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create schedules for staff and manage labor costs
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality standards
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and suppliers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have own visa or be eligible for temporary work permit in Muharraq
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
Salary:
This is a temporary position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
