Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards.
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination for guest requests.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services.
- Monitor department budget and expenses.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel setting.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, products, and safety regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Indian nationality preferred.

Salary:
1500$ per month
