Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Egyptian Nationals Preferred)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations at our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are kept clean and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met
- Train, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping staff to provide exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are properly cleaned and maintained according to standards
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and special cleaning projects
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Egyptian nationality preferred due to language proficiency for communication with housekeeping staff
- Knowledge of Arabic language is an asset but not required
Salary: 1100$ per month
