Landscaping and Gardening Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping and Gardening Specialist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. Your main duties will include planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and overall maintenance of plants and greenery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing landscaping projects according to client specifications
- Selecting appropriate plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees for each project
- Preparing soil for planting and ensuring proper drainage
- Pruning and trimming trees and hedges to maintain shape and promote growth
- Watering plants regularly to ensure healthy growth
- Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed
- Maintaining clean and orderly outdoor spaces by removing weeds, debris, and dead plants
- Conducting regular inspections to identify any issues or diseases in plants
- Repairing or replacing damaged or diseased plants as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven work experience as a Gardener or Landscaping Specialist
- Knowledge of different types of plants, their care requirements, soil types, and gardening techniques
- Ability to operate gardening tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, pruners etc.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Valid work permit/visa (if applicable)

This job is suitable for men who are physically fit as it involves manual labor. No prior experience is required but a passion for gardening is essential. English language skills are not required for this position.
