We are hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, designing efficient workflow systems, and implementing cost-saving measures. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and prior experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with team members and clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. Malayalees are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes
- Design layout of equipment and workspaces for maximum efficiency
- Develop process improvement strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and streamline operations
- Analyze data and create reports on production performance, including budget adherence, quality control, and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow processes
- Identify opportunities for automation or technology implementation to improve efficiency
- Train staff on new processes or equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis
