Waiter/Waitress - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking experienced and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a well-established restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide menu recommendations and take accurate orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established service standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure all needs are met throughout their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables, chairs, and decorations for special events or occasions
- Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
