Waiter/Waitress (Malayalee) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are in need of a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Malayalee, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests by providing excellent service and ensuring their satisfaction. Your main duties will include taking food orders, serving food and drinks, and handling guest inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate should have a friendly personality, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in the hospitality industry. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate. Salary starts at 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Ensure timely delivery of food orders from the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly attitude
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area

Requirements:
- Must be Malayalee with fluency in Malayalam language
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
