Machine Operator for Manufacturing Company in Dubai

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machinery used in the production process. You will also be required to troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient and high-quality output. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating industrial machinery and possess strong mechanical skills. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency or prior experience. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must already be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments when needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform minor repairs when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Keep detailed records of production outputs, equipment maintenance, and any incidents that occur

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Good communication skills (English not required)
- Must already be based in Dubai

Salary: AED 1200 per month
